Our displayed images strive to represent the most accurate colors possible, but rug colors, sizes, and patterns may vary slightly depending on the manufacturing process and size ordered. Due to differences in monitor resolutions and lighting, there may be a slight variation in color. Each handmade rug is unique to the artisan who crafted it, and these variations are not considered defects.

When unrolling your new rug, you may notice some bunching, creases, and folded corners. These imperfections will typically flatten within 2-3 weeks as the rug settles into place. Here are some tips to help expedite this process:

1. Back Rolling: Roll the carpet out with the backside up, then roll it back up reversely. Let it sit rolled up reversely for a day or 2 until it flattens out.
2. Heavy Objects: Place a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or 2 until it flattens out. If corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects going the opposite way.
3. Heat: As a last resort, place the rug over a cleared concrete or area with dry, sunny conditions. Allow the rug to absorb the sun's heat for up to 2 hours, adjusting as needed.
4. Blow Dryer: If sunlight is not available, use a hair dryer on affected areas. Hold the hair dryer 7 to 12 inches away on a medium setting, moving side to side to avoid melting the backing.
